Brapua matches a person facing something difficult with someone who has already been through the same thing. The organisations that fit are the ones already standing next to those people.

- Where someone arrives in a crisis and leaves with a waiting time. Peer support is not a replacement for that appointment — it is what could exist in the weeks before it.
- Self-help associations
- Groups built entirely on lived experience, which is the same premise Brapua is built on, with a different reach.
- Clinics and aftercare
- The point where structured treatment ends and someone goes home to manage on their own.
- Employers and works councils
- Divorce, grief, illness and burnout do not stay outside working hours, and an anonymous route matters more here than anywhere.
- Research
- Peer support has a literature. Anyone studying whether matching on lived experience works is welcome to a conversation about it.
What a partnership means
And what it never means.
A partnership here means pointing people towards each other: an organisation that meets people in a hard moment can tell them Brapua exists, and Brapua can send people onward to help it cannot give. It can also mean helping shape the product — anyone who works with people in crisis every day knows things a founder does not.
It never means data. Brapua does not hand over user data, does not sell it, and does not build shared user lists. Nobody sees a real name unless the person shares it themselves, and no partnership changes that — the privacy foundation is not the negotiable part of the product.
Nor does it mean an endorsement in either direction. If a partnership ever exists, it will be described on this page as what it actually is, with the organisation's agreement, and nothing more.

Worth knowing before you write: Brapua is in closed beta with a waitlist, run by one person. A partnership today means starting something early, not joining something running.
